If you have a question about quitting smoking, or if you have a question about changing your behavior to help you quit smoking, please enter your question below.

Please note that we are unable to answer any questions that deal with psychological counseling or brand-name pharmaceutical (prescription or “Rx”) or over-the-counter (OTC) drugs or brand-name nicotine replacement therapies (NRTs).

If you are experiencing some side-effects from an Rx or OTC product, please contact your local emergency department, poison control center, doctor, therapist or local hospital.
